Agreement
By using SmartCram you agree to these Terms. SmartCram is provided by Musket Goose. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SmartCram.
Plans & credits
Free, Pro, and Plus plans include different monthly AI credit allocations, feature limits, and export capabilities as described on our Pricing page. Credits reset monthly; purchased top-up packs do not expire. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape the service, reverse-engineer our systems, or use SmartCram to generate harmful or misleading academic work in violation of your institution's policies.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service. SmartCram's brand, software, and design remain Musket Goose property.
Disclaimer
SmartCram is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain errors. We do not guarantee exam outcomes. The service is not a substitute for professional academic or medical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musket Goose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SmartCram.
