SmartCram ("we", "us") is operated by Musket Goose. This policy explains what information we collect when you use smartcram.app and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, password hash), study content you upload (documents, notes, flashcards, test results), usage data (pages visited, features used), and billing information processed by our payment provider when you subscribe.
How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, generate AI study materials scoped to your uploads, enforce plan limits, send essential account emails, and produce aggregated analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
Uploaded content may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate study materials and Cram Coach responses. Content is used only to serve your account and is not used to train public models without your consent.
Data retention
We retain your account and study data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.
Your rights
